DEPOSIT
All new clients are required a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking or your appointment will be declined.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case that you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required.
APPOINTMENTS
All appointments will require a credit/debit card at the time of booking.​ Please come to your appointment with no make up and squeaky clean lashes!
LATE POLICY
I understand being late happens, if you know you are going to be late please notify me asap so I know you still anticipate coming. If you are more than 15 minutes late, without notice, your appointment may be cancelled.
SCHEDULING
Frequent rescheduling is becoming more difficult the busier I get. Due to my full schedule I highly suggest you only book if you know you can commit to your selected time/date. In the event you need to reschedule and are not able to do it within a reasonable window of time, please ensure to still have 40-50% of lash extensions remaining. If you know you will not have the required amount, please book a full set.
BOOKING
I highly suggest booking 2-3 appointments out at a time. I will no longer be able to work on my scheduled days off to provide additional coverage to those who don't pre-book.
REFUNDS
Consultations are held prior to beginning the service, leaving little room for miscommunication. But in the event you are unhappy with the performed service, please notify me within 24 hours. A refund will not be provided but an additional appointment can be set up to make minor adjustments, if time is available in my schedule. If not, a few extra minutes can be set at the 2-3 week fill appointment to make further adjustments.
